Q. How do I make reservations online?
  1. When you find an activity you'd like to book, enter in the date you'd like to go, the number of participants, then press ADD TO CART. You should see the activity you just selected in your ITINERARY. If there are children in your group, you may need to 'continue shopping' and enter in the number of children separately (you do NOT need to fill in the date field again). Continue in this manner until you have selected all the activities you'd like to book. When you're ready, then press 'Check Out' , and follow the instructions. Our order form is fully secure, with credit card numbers encrypted for your safety.

    When your order is sent, it is reviewed by one of our Activities Agents prior to processing, and then confirmed with you either via phone or email. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED IF: a) your chosen activity is not available on the requested date/time, or b) the price of the ac tivity is different from what appears on your order.

    All Activity World reservations are computerized for accuracy and for your convenience. Once your activity itinerary is confirmed, we will secure your reservations with the credit card number you provided . Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your activities, 48 hour notice before the start of the activity is required by all activity providers.


Q. How can Activity World offer these great discounts?
  1. Activity World is the largest activity provider in Hawaii so our buying power enables us to pass on volume discounts to our clients for the most popular activities. Activity World has been in business for over 15 years and we represent over 400 activity providers so we are able to offer you the best rates. Our reservation services are complimentary.


Q. I’ve heard about receiving discounted prices by attending a timeshare presentation in Hawaii. How does this work?
  1. NONE of Activity World’s discounted prices require attending a timeshare presentation! You will receive all of the advertised prices by simply ordering on line to reserve them with Activity World or phoning one of our offices. Nothing additional is required of you.

Q. How far in advance of my arrival do I need to make activity reservations?
  1. We suggest securing space on activities as soon as you’ve chosen your vacation dates. Remember, reservations may be canceled or re-scheduled outside of 48 hours from the activity date so you don’t want to miss out on the most popular activities which sell out during peak seasons.

    Should you choose to wait until you've reached the islands, simply visit one of Hawaii Activity World's 25 convenient office locations and speak with one of our Activity Agents in person.


Q. How do I cancel/reschedule a reservation?
  1. Should you need to cancel or re-schedule an activity, a minimum 48 hour notice before the start of that activity is required by all activity providers. It is best to phone our office to make these changes.


Q . If the weather is bad and our activity is canceled, do I get a full refund?
  1. Yes. If Mother Nature isn’t cooperating and your activity is canceled by the activity provider, Activity World will refund your activity in full upon receipt of your canceled tickets.


Q. What other services does Activity World provide?
  1. Your Activity World representative is your personal concierge while you are in Hawaii. We can assist you with any airline, room and car package reservations, golf tee times, dinner reservations, wedding coordinator services, babysitting services, massage therapy, transportation and flower lei greetings to n ame a few.

  1. Absolutely! We offer over 400 activity providers throughout the state and we’d love to list them all, however, our web site represents some of the most popular activities at the best value ! Please ask us about anything you don’t see listed and we will be happy to assist you.
